Detailed information on any serialized items is maintained and used for customer and vendor returns.

Invoicing is quick and easy - and you never have to touch your mouse!  (Of course, if you want to use your mouse, you can, we just don't force you to.)

Accounts receivable and payable are tracked in detail.  There are flexible sorting options and the ability to only view unpaid items.

The AR and AP offer an easy to use click-and-pay interface with an autopay option that will automatically select invoices for you,

Easily enter NSF checks, apply credits or discounts, or write off an invoice or total balance..

Detailed vendor information is also maintained.

Purchase orders are quick and easy, and can be e-mailed directly from Alteris to your vendor.

Receiving items from a purchase order with your scanner, or simply click on the items you want to receive and move them to the bottom.  Easily edit quantities and costs for any items that may differ from your PO.

Print barcodes right from this screen and enter serial numbers for any serialized item.
