Users of current Alteris products can receive technical support via e-mail or telephone. Technical support
encompasses providing information on how to do specific
tasks or how to fix specific problems with your Alteris software. It does not
include hardware or operating system/network issues (unless you purchased a
turnkey system from NovaTek) or data file work. There is an additional
