Users of current Alteris products can receive technical support via e-mail, fax, or telephone. There is a charge for all technical support services.  Please view our Policies for further information and pricing.

Technical support encompasses providing information on how to do specific tasks or how to fix specific problems with your Alteris software. It does not include hardware or operating system/network issues (unless you purchased a turnkey system from NovaTek) or data file work.
 There is an additional hourly fee if we must review and/or correct your data.

You must have a credit card number on file to request support via fax or e-mail.  Please download and complete the
Credit Card Form and return it to us via fax or e-mail.  If you are calling for technical support, please have your credit card ready.

If you have a high speed Internet connection, NovaTek personnel can connect to you via the remote technician.  Please do not click the button for the remote technician until instructed to do so by NovaTek support personnel.
